Anima Mundi Healing Arts

The Art of Change through Coaching, Bodywork, and Creativity

Release, Relax, Unwind

Anima Mundi means Soul of the World

The Purpose of Anima Mundi is to support people in creating lasting and meaningful change in their bodies, minds, livelihoods, and relationships. We also help people to adapt when their life circumstances change spontaneously and abruptly.

The main methods we use to help people in change, healing,  growth and development include

Integral Life Coaching, Structural Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, and Creative Trances

In order for change to lead to intentional, positive development, it needs to be approached with effective strategies and tools. However, there is also an essential dimension of change which is inherently emergent and chaotic. Working with this dimension of change can lead to massive healing and positive development - but the process for navigating it is different: Less strategy, more art.

This work is especially well suited for people who are looking for greater impact in their work, meaning and satisfaction in their relationships, efficiency and effectiveness with their personal projects, and balance and ease in their bodies.
